Product basic information introduction
1. Billing standard: the minimum shipping weight of the parcel is 0.3KG, less than 0.3Kg is charged according to 0.3Kg, and the actual weight is charged within 1Kg;
The charging above 1KG is based on the actual weight and volume. The volume is long *width *height divided by 6000 (CM/KG)。
2. Weight limit: Only one ticket is supported, and the weight does not exceed 30Kg.

4. Delivery time limit: 6-10 working days
5. Tracking query: Please log in to the official website of Cititrans or do API docking to directly capture routing data.
6. Delivery criteria:
A. Three deliveries, free return within Mexico City, and different cities return to Mexico City for $3.
B. It will be free for 30 days, for what Return to the Mexico City warehouse.from starting on the 31st day,at $0.20.
7. Only accept general goods, do not accept imitation cards and any infringing products, pure batteries, powders, liquids, adult products, flammable and explosive items.
Tariffs and related
Each ticket must be declared truthfully; when the declared value of each shipment is < 50 USD, there is no need to pay VAT and Duty.
When the declared value of the goods is >50 USD, 16% VAT is payable.
Check and claim
1. From the date of shipment, you can check the customer service within 60 days, and you can apply for compensation by customer service and foreign confirmed missing items.
2. If the customer fails to make a payment within 60 days from the date of delivery, or the customer provides a refund/reissue certificate, or if the goods are lost during the delivery or transit, the compensation shall be based on the declared value, and the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed 100 USD.
3. Fraud and other items that are not covered by the insurance company shall not be compensated.
